Direzza is the wheel and performance tyre division of Dunlop. A huge company that needs no introduction. The Direzza Sports Tyre range is complemented by these TOP quality wheels utilizing the latest forging technology. The Company is active in all forms of motorsport and they have developed these wheels for this reason.
The RZF wheel is available in three types. This version is the extreme lightweight version used primarily for Track Competition and therefore is available in varied sizing. It is currently used in D1 and Super Taikyu Racing in Japan.
The RZF wheels are a Twin-5 Spoke design for greater strength.
Dunlop produced this wheel with their superior forging technology which keeps weight to around 4.7kg for a 15" to 9.1kg for the largest offest 18" wheel reaching the design concept for a forged competition wheel benefiting from reduced rotational mass aiding braking and acceleration without comromising on strength.
The fact that the wheels reach 120% reading on the strength standard JWL-VIA, can only be obtained from high-level forging technology. Dunlop corporation uses the 8,000ton forging process to achieve the high material density before spreading the material to the desired width.
Further processes complete with the quality required from this advanced sport wheel with super light weight.
Forged 1 piece wheel
Sizes are available in 15, 16, 17 and 18inch to suit 4 and 5 hole applications in 114.3 100 P.C.D.
Other versions of the RZF wheel are available in larger sizes and offsets.
