Before starting you only really need a screw driver and a small and large flat planel screw driver.
Move the window all the way down and open the door.
1. To begin, remove the plastic housing which holds the tweeters. This is normall done quite easily by pulling on the side. Once thats done it should look like this.
(be careful not to accidentally snap off the plastic clip located in the center of the inner hosing)
2. Once thats off, you need a small flat panel screwdriver like mine and wrap it up in some duck take to product your door.
3. Under the door handle it self you should find a small opening, stick in your protected flat screw driver and prey it open gently. Do not put too much force as it could ruin the plastic (like mine...
)
4. Once you pull of the plastic off, you should see 6 screws thats holding in the door handle, remove these.
5. Located behind the handle you should feel a small hole.
Using a Allen key you can easily pop the panel off.
This is what it should look like.
6. At the top of the door handle, there are 2 more screws to undo.
7. Now you can simply pull out the handle unit.
Becareful becuase the wires are still connected to this unit. Unclip the harness.
Now all is left is to pull the door card itself off.

. You can see the speaker itself. Quite bad arn't they?
Well the next part is going to be quite tough.
If you dont want to break the clips connecting the speaker to the door then get your large flat panel screw driver and push down on the clipping. It does require a bit of force but keep at it and you should release it from its housing.
At the bottom of the speaker there are 2 plastic clippings, the speaker will pop out from the metal clip and the plastic should follow easily.
. Unplug the clippings from the speaker and you should be left with a large hole for your new speakers.
